Why Choose Us?

If you are frustrated by your computers running slowly, or not at all, due to viruses, popups, or system failures, I would like to show you a way to eliminate these problems without interfering with your work.

Hi, my name is Peter Nikolaidis, Founder and President of Paradigm Consulting Co.. What makes us stand out is that we are a small business ourselves – so we relate to small business needs. More specifically, we can help your business by dramatically reducing or even eliminating your computer problems. How do we do this? By proactively monitoring and maintaining the health and security of your network 24/7. In fact, we guarantee that you will have less than 1 day of downtime the entire year – just try to get your IT guy to make that kind of promise! You’ll gain peace of mind knowing that your network is secured and backed up properly so if you were to experience a major disaster of some kind, we could have your data back within 24 hours or less. And we don’t just say that, we guarantee it.

Dedicated to your business success,
Peter Nikolaidis

“Paradigm developed and maintains unique communication applications for our hospital environment. Paradigm’s focused support provides us with high level of confidence in their application reliability. Their responsiveness is always prompt. The evaluations and solutions are comprehensive and precise.”

Will Durant,
Manager, Dartmouth Hitchcock
Medical Center Communications

“My company had a very challenging IT problem that had stumped six different computer consultants, systems integrators, and self-professed ‘gurus.’ We retained Paradigm at 6PM on a Friday, and they worked diligently through the weekend to determine the root cause of our problem, and by Sunday afternoon we were up and running without a hitch. They produced quality results, on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to retain Paradgm again for any complex technology challenge.”

Justin Sullivan,

“When I contacted Paradigm, I was panicked, stressed and concerned over losing a full year of accounting data. I soon learned that they had expert knowledge of the software program I was using and immediately made me feel at ease. Within minutes of asking key questions, accessing my computer, and calming my nerves, they were able to find my files and even made modifications to avoid a re-occurrence. I can’t imagine any other vendor responding to and resolving my issue so quickly. THANK YOU!!!”

About Paradigm Consulting

Peter Nikolaidis discovered his passion for computers and information technology at a young age. What started as a love of computer games turned into multiple degrees and certifications in the technology field. In 1996, after leaving his job as the network administrator for a college with over 1,200 users on the system which spanned the state of Vermont, Peter struck out on his own, starting Paradigm Consulting Co. just two years later.

Drawing from his experience working with Fortune 500 companies, Peter brought to small businesses the benefits of enterprise level IT support, without the hefty price tag. Today, Paradigm Consulting continues to apply new knowledge, techniques, and trends to create solutions to their clients’ technology problems.

Paradigm Consulting Co. maintains a rigorous training schedule for all technical staff, ensuring they hold at least one certification or degree in their specialist field or technology.

We’re proud to partner with the best in the industry.
